Chef Charmaigne has catered to several NFL Super Bowls, NBA Season & Finals, Numerous Celebrity Concerts, Major Horse Shows, and all types of events. My experience and extensive food knowledge has allowed me to learn so much about the food industry. As a free lance private chef - I was able to learn many authentic Mexican, Caribbean and Southern Foods.
